Israeli electro-optics manufacturer founded in 1990 in Or Akiva, making reflex and electro-optical sights, tritium self-illuminated night sights, and night-vision and thermal optics. Founded as a battle-optics supplier to the Israel Defense Forces, it is part of the privately held SK Group, with US service handled by Mepro USA in Tennessee.

Coverage, as published
Manufacturing defects in material, mechanical operation and workmanship for the life of the product, with electronics covered for four years from date of manufacture, per Meprolight's published consumer warranty certificates (the current electro-optics certificate governs purchases after January 1, 2024; a separate linked certificate covers earlier purchases). The remedy is repair or replacement with a Meprolight product of similar type and equal or greater value, and Meprolight's liability is limited to replacement of the product.
Exclusions, as published
Assembly, disassembly, servicing or repair not authorized by Meprolight; alterations such as removing parts or adding aftermarket components; loss, theft or vandalism; external cosmetic damage that has no effect on functionality; and abuse, misuse, improper installation, abnormal use or accidents. Meprolight also reserves the right to change its warranty terms without prior notice.

Documented failure modes
- Meprolight Mepro M21: Mud/debris intrusion: mud blanked the reticle, and after washing, groups walked left to right, which the reviewer blamed on grit in the spring-loaded windage mechanism; even when clean, finger pressure shifts the windage noticeably (it returns to zero when released) . Deep recessed optical window also reported as hard to clean. Most critical durability finding across sources.
- Meprolight Mepro M21: Reticle ghosting / multiple triangles reported by some users . Owner forum reports, not tester findings. On SIG Forum the poster later found his phone photo showed one solid triangle and the blur eased with an updated eyeglass prescription. On ACR Forum a gunsmith wrote that 7 of 9 customers saw three or more triangles through his M21 and that the distributor said all the Mepro units it had received were like that.
