Manufacturing defects in material, mechanical operation and workmanship for the life of the product, with electronics covered for four years from date of manufacture, per Meprolight's published consumer warranty certificates (the current electro-optics certificate governs purchases after January 1, 2024; a separate linked certificate covers earlier purchases). The remedy is repair or replacement with a Meprolight product of similar type and equal or greater value, and Meprolight's liability is limited to replacement of the product.

Assembly, disassembly, servicing or repair not authorized by Meprolight; alterations such as removing parts or adding aftermarket components; loss, theft or vandalism; external cosmetic damage that has no effect on functionality; and abuse, misuse, improper installation, abnormal use or accidents. Meprolight also reserves the right to change its warranty terms without prior notice.

- Meprolight Mepro M21: Mud/debris intrusion into external windage adjustment mechanism, causing reticle to disappear and point of impact to shift; sight could be nudged off zero with finger pressure alone when dirty . - Meprolight Mepro M21: Reticle ghosting / multiple triangles reported by some users . Diagnosed by forum community as the poster's own astigmatism rather than an optic defect; ghosting reduced after updating eyeglass prescription.
