Lifetime coverage on the optic. The published policy reads: "If your Osight product (including its structure, built-in battery, LED, or lens) ever experiences any issues, we promise to take care of it. If we are unable to repair your product, we will promptly replace it with a product in perfect working condition, which will be of equal or better physical condition." Osight states it warrants all products "that exhibit any defects in material and workmanship under normal use." Accessories are tiered separately on the same page: Optics = Lifetime Warranty; Charging Cover and Charging Cable = 1-Year Warranty; Screws, Lanyard, Tool and Cleaning Cloth = No Warranty. Returns are separate from the warranty: "You have the flexibility to return your order for any reason within 30 days from the date of receipt."

Exclusions, as published

Per the policy page: "this LIFETIME WARRANTY does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage, or cosmetic damage." The FAQ states the same list slightly more broadly, adding misuse and normal wear: it "excludes coverage for loss, theft, misuse, deliberate damage, or normal cosmetic wear and tear. Additionally, accessories such as cables, screws, and cleaning cloths have limited or no warranty." Nothing in either published text addresses transferability to a second owner, proof of purchase, or product registration, so none of those is recorded as a requirement here.

Manufacturer support

Osight is an active US-market brand with its own store, current in-stock SKUs and a US service address: 4330 W Chandler Blvd, Suite 4, Chandler, AZ 85226, cs.us@osight.com. Claims go through the maker's site: "Warranty claims are submitted through our website Warranty and Repair - Osight with product details, a description of the issue, and photos. Our team reviews and processes the claim promptly." No numeric turnaround is published anywhere, so none is recorded. Third-party purchases are routed differently: "For items purchased from third-party platforms within the last 30 days, we recommend reaching out to the original seller for assistance. If you fail to get contact with the original seller, contact us."
