Lifetime repair or replacement on the product: "We will either fix it (If possible) or send you a replacement of equal or greater value", and where a model is discontinued with no direct replacement, "you will be given a choice of replacements of equal value." Coverage is limited to "New products purchased directly from Monstrum or from an Official Monstrum Dealer", and "Proof of purchase is required", so a claim starts with the order number or receipt. Closeout and open-box items are covered for one year rather than for life. Returns are separate and time-limited: "Returns can be made within 30 days of your purchase", and "Anything past 30 days will be considered warranty replacements and ineligible for a refund."

Monstrum's help centre answers the warranty question by pointing to the product itself, "Please visit our product pages to see how long your warranty lasts", and the Nitro+ page states Lifetime Warranty, so the two agree for this optic. No service turnaround is published, so none is recorded.
